Five Steps to Quality improvement features a simple, easy to remember five-step process project management approach developed by “Better For You” department of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. Each step outlines a number of key deliverables which are supported by a selection of quality improvement tools and techniques. The 5 Step process project methodology is a refinement of the approach developed by the NHS Institute “Steps to Success”.
